Boulevard buys transitional care center.


Skokie, III.-based Boulevard Healthcare, a new company specializing in the acquisition and operation of senior living facilities, has acquired Advocate Transitional Care This article or section needs sources or references that appear in reliable, third-party publications. Boulevard is a strategic alliance of three professionals from the fields of acute care, skilled nursing care, and real estate: Fred Benjamin, who will serve as corporate president; Brian Cloch, who is president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of QualityCare Management, which will manage the facility; and Jeffrey Elowe, president of Elkor Realty.
