Boulder Mining Corporation: 2004 Program Defines new Target Areas and Extends Azurite Hill Gold Discovery South.

John H. McAdam, President of Boulder Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE:BDR) is pleased to report the discovery of new target areas, the extension of the Azurite azurite (ăzh`ərīt), blue mineral, the basic carbonate of copper, occurring in monoclinic crystals or masses that range from transparent to translucent and opaque.  Hill gold trend to the south and the refining of other targets on the Tevrede Iron Oxide The material used to coat the surfaces of magnetic tapes and lower-capacity disks.  Copper Gold (IOCG IOCG Iron Oxide Copper Gold

) Project located in north western Namibia. The appeal of this 19000 hectare project is the number and scale of the targets on this property. Exploration reported on herein consists of detailed gravity surveys, extension of the drainage sampling survey and soil sampling over three grids.

GRAVITY RESULTS- significant new gravity anomalies and better detailing of existing gravity anomalies: A new area of large-scale gravity anomalies has been discovered southwest of the Azurite Hill gold trend outside of the original gravity coverage. This new area, referred to as the Kamdescha Zone, hosts large anomalies spatially associated with a granitic body with similarities to the main late stage granite plug in the central portion of the Tevrede property. The Kamdescha anomaly is at least 3 km long and up to 1km wide. Follow up sampling has identified the presence of anomalous gold and copper values in rock samples. Mineralization Mineralization
The process by which the body uses minerals to build bone structure.

In addition, there are pronounced gravity anomalies due south of the north-south trending Azurite Hill gold zone, where 2003 drilling returned a 2m intercept running 9.79 grams per tonne gold within a 5 metre interval grading 4.04 grams per tonne gold. The Azurite Hill structural corridor is defined by a series of previously announced high-grade gold surface grab samples, which returned values of 10, 30.8, 51 and 88.5 grams per ton of gold. The structural corridor lies on the eastern margin of a broad discontinuous gravity anomaly measuring more than 3 x 1.5km.

Elsewhere on the property, higher density gravity surveying has provided better insight into the geometry of gravity anomalies delineated in 2003. The new data shows the gravity anomalies to have a strong structural control, which will aid selection of future drill hole locations.

STREAM SEDIMENT SAMPLING RESULTS- two new areas highlighted

60 additional drainages outside the area of previous work were tested. This work has extended the Azurite Hill gold zone southwards by over 1 kilometre, with peak gold values of 961ppb. The results also identified a new copper-gold trend southwest of Azurite Hill, referred to as the Kamdescha Zone.

SOIL SAMPLING RESULTS- 3, multi-kilometre anomalies correspond with gravity highs

On Grid A, located in the north east portion of the property, an extensive copper-in-soil anomaly was discovered. The northeast trending Main Trend is over 2800 metres long and generally around 150 metres wide. The anomaly is discontinuous in places (due to alluvial cover), but contains numerous values in excess of 100 ppm copper, with a peak value of 185 ppm copper (compared to an anomalous threshold of 30 ppm Cu). Previous rock grab sampling in this zone has recorded numerous high-grade copper and gold values in volcanic rocks over a considerable strike length; eg NA 1047 (2.73% copper and 1.95 gpt gold), NA 1050 (8.99% copper and 2.36 gpt gold) and NA 1053 (6.17% copper and 0.56 gpt gold).

The Secondary Trend is subparallel to the Main Trend and is located some 400 metres northwest is underlain un·der·lain

by granodioritic rocks. It also trends northeast and, if it is continuous beneath sections of alluvial cover, may be as much as 2800 metres long by 250m wide. Copper values are generally lower in the secondary trend (two samples over 100 ppm).

The Main Trend and Secondary Trend copper anomalies are located along the large northeast trending gravity anomaly discovered in 2003 and better defined in the recent gravity survey. Other small copper anomalies occur in the southern portion of Grid A; the largest being 800m by 100m. On Grid A, a total of 1,669 samples (including 55 duplicates) were collected at 25m intervals on 26 E-W E-W East-West  lines (totaling 39.75 line km) spaced 200m apart covering an area of 5km x 3km.

Grid B, in the central portion of the property, hosts a copper anomaly 3500m long by 100m wide. Copper values peak at 45ppm, but the copper anomaly coincides exactly with a significant gravity anomaly, and contrasts strongly against background copper values of less than 10ppm. On Grid B, a total of 2,386 samples (including 79 duplicates) were collected at 25m intervals on 32 NW trending lines (totaling 56.9 line km) spaced 200m apart covering an area 6.5km x 1.8 - 3km.

Grid C is a small grid near Grid B where 88 samples (including 3 duplicates) over 2 line kilometres returned no significant anomalies.

Sampling Protocol

The minus 212 micron size fraction of drainage stream sediment samples were sent to Acme Analytical Laboratories in Vancouver for multi-element ICP (1) (Internet Cache Protocol) A protocol used by one proxy server to query another for a cached Web page without having to go to the Internet to retrieve it. See CARP and proxy server.  and gold analysis. Soil samples were screened to minus 500 microns and were shipped to Global Discovery Labs of Vancouver for aqua regia digest gold analysis as well as multi-element ICP analysis. The Qualified Person for this project is John McAdam, B.Sc., P.Eng.

FUTURE PLANS- preparation for upcoming drill program

The company is moving forward with several types of work planned for Tevrede. Soil samples have been collected on Grids DE over the Azurite Hill and Kamdescha areas. These samples are in the process of being submitted to Global Discovery Labs for analysis. Geophysical surveys including IP and NSAMT are being assessed for implementation on the Grid A and Grid B anomalies. Additionally, prospecting and mapping of the anomalous trends is warranted. Inversion modeling of the new gravity data will be undertaken to produce a 3-D model of the dense bodies dense bodies
