) urged stockholders today that they should consider participating in the Fund's recently announced rights offering, as it may offer stockholders the opportunity to purchase shares of the Fund at less than the current market price per share. As of Friday, June 13, 2008, stockholders would pay $7.79 per share based on the most recently calculated net asset value; the closing market price of $8.11 per share on June 16, 2008 represents a premium of 4.1% to the Fund's most recently calculated net asset value.
