Edwards & Company (NASDAQ:JDEC), a leading provider of enterprise business software, have renewed their strategic partnership. The alliance provides customers with the ability to integrate Bottomline's PayBase payment technology tools with J.D. Edwards OneWorld(tm) and WorldSoftware(tm) for a completely automated disbursement and receipt solution.

Bottomline's PayBase provides organizations with a fully integrated, enterprise-wide payment management system. The PayBase suite includes ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Financial EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) payment tools, the LaserCheck(R) printing system, an Electronic Remittance Advice Delivery System (ERADS), and a check fraud avoidance package. J.D.
