Bottom Line Utility Solutions to Install EnerLume / EM(R) Units for a West Coast Property Management Company.


HAMDEN, Conn. -- Bottom Line Utility Solutions, a distributor of EnerLume Energy Management Corp.'s (ENLU.OB, www.enerlume.com) product, the EnerLume|EM([R]), has received an order to install eleven of the energy saving units in an apartment community managed by a prominent west coast property management company in the San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  area.

The property management company, which has a combined portfolio of property and fee-based management contracts of fifteen million square feet of office and industrial space, had previously requested the installation of one EnerLume|EMunit as a test to prove the energy savings potential of the device. This initial test proved successful and Bottom Line Utility Solutions has now been given the green light to complete the installation of the eleven additional units in the apartment community.

"This order is our first entry into the apartment market with the EnerLume|EM," said Rob Edelstein, Executive Vice President of Bottom Line Utility Solutions. "Furthermore, we anticipate future installations with this and other property management companies."
