Bottle brouhaha.


An Arkansas man is suing Gerber Products Co. because he said he wasn't warned about a harmful chemical used in its plastic bottles.

The lawsuit didn't say exactly what Raggio suffered, only that use of the Gerber products poses "a serious threat" to his health and the health of his children.
