BostonCoach Names Mark Munoz as Chief Operating Officer; Accomplished Transportation Executive to Oversee Company's Daily Operations.

BOSTON -- BostonCoach, one of the largest providers of ground transportation services worldwide, announced today that it has named Mark Munoz as chief operating officer. Munoz, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of BostonCoach while also managing strategic growth initiatives, will report to Jonathan Danforth, president and chief executive officer of BostonCoach.

"Mark is one of the most skilled executives in the transportation-logistics business, with unmatched expertise in management, operations and customer service," said Danforth. "His domain expertise coupled with his experience in managing large-scale businesses will be a valuable asset as BostonCoach diversifies and expands its services worldwide."

Before joining BostonCoach, Munoz spent almost 20 years with DHL Express, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post World Net, the world's leading logistics group. During his tenure, Munoz held senior management, operations strategy and customer service positions. Most recently, he was senior vice president for northeast operations, responsible for 4,000 employees in 50 locations. Previously, Munoz spent seven years with Burlington Air Express as an export manager and account executive.
