Along with Pilot House, other backers in the round include the Intel 64 Fund, initial DMOD financier Greylock Partners and Sage Hill Partners.

DMOD, the first company to publicly distribute secure MP3 files, develops software that allows digital content creators See content provider.  and providers - record companies, film studios, videogame developers, software companies, etc. - to safely distribute their digital material while ensuring they will be compensated. This new round of funding will help allow for continued education of the digital content community on - and thereby drive greater acceptance of - DMOD's unique digital security, e-commerce and content identification technologies.
