The Boston Stock Exchange The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) is a regional stock exchange located in Boston, Massachusetts. The third-oldest stock exchange in the United States, it was founded in 1834. On October 2nd, 2007 Nasdaq agreed to acquire BSE for $61 million.  will be closed on Friday, June 11th in observance of a national day of mourning National Day of Mourning may refer to:
  • National Day of Mourning (United States), held on the fourth Thursday of November, an American Indian protest
  • National Day of Mourning (Canada), held 28 April, a commemoration of workers killed or injured on the job
 for former President Ronald Reagan. The Exchange will re-open for trading on Monday, June 14th.
