), a real estate investment trust, announced today that Ed Linde, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , will make a presentation at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts' Institutional Investor Forum consisting of a brief Company overview followed by a question and answer session. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 8, 2004.

The presentation will be broadcast live via audio-webcast to all interested parties and can be accessed in the Investors section of the Company's website at www.bostonproperties.com under the heading Calendar/ Events.
