Boston Properties Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Boston, Massachusetts. Its primary focus is "Class A" office space which it acquires, develops, and manages in the major markets of Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. , Inc. a real estate investment trust, has signed a 15-year lease with Hogan & Hartson, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , a Washington, DC-based law firm, for 137,500 square feet of space at 875 Third Avenue in Manhattan. The lease will commence October 2001.

 facilities, Hogan & Hartson, founded in 1904 and currently with over 700 attorneys in 16 offices worldwide, will take all of the space on the 24th through 28th floors at 875 Third Avenue, with rights to take additional space in the future.

The 29-story 700,000 square foot building at 875 Third Avenue, built in 1980 and acquired by Boston Properties in late 1997, underwent a major renovation in 1999 to the atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The Roman atrium was an unroofed or partially roofed area with rooms opening from it.  lobby, the plaza and all public spaces. The building features a soaring 90-foot atrium lobby and three highrise atrium spaces, as well as direct subway access.
