Boston Medical Technologies Names Jack Kromar Vice President of Sales; Former Roche Diagnostics Business Director to Lead Nationwide Rollout of Heart Rate Variability Testing Systems.

Boston Medical Technologies, the pioneer of office and hospital-based, non-invasive systems for measurement of heart rate variability Heart rate variability (HRV) is a measure of variations in the heart rate. It is usually calculated by analysing the time series of beat-to-beat intervals from ECG or arterial pressure tracings. , today announced the appointment of Jack Kromar to Vice President of Sales. Kromar joins the company from Roche Diagnostics Roche Diagnostics Division is a subsidiary of Hoffmann-La Roche which manufactures equipment and reagents for research and medical diagnostic applications. Internally, it is organized into six major business areas: Roche Applied Science, Roche Centralized Diagnostics, Roche  Corporation, where he held several senior positions and most recently served as area Business Director. He brings to Boston Medical Technologies more than 17 years of experience in medical product management, marketing and sales.

Kromar comes to Boston Medical Technologies with a proven record of achieving sales and marketing objectives for medical companies. As area Business Director at Roche Diagnostics, he oversaw and managed physician office and hospital sales across 16 states. In addition, Kromar held positions as director of product marketing, product manager, regional business manager and account manager for Roche Diagnostics (formerly Boehringer Manheim Corporation).
