Boston Equity Announces Sale of Client Company.

CANTON, Mass. -- Boston Equity Advisors, LLC, an SEC registered, NASD member broker-dealer and investment banking firm, announces the acquisition of one of its client companies, Angiolink Corporation. Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT) announced on November 4, 2004 that it had acquired Angiolink Corporation. Angiolink is a privately held medical device company focused on developing innovative wound closure solutions for vascular procedures. Angiolink's EVS(TM) (Expanding Vascular Stapling) Vascular Closure System, which received FDA pre-market approval last week, is engineered to close the femoral artery access site after vascular procedures, such as diagnostic angiography, balloon angioplasty and stenting.
