BSE See Boston Stock Exchange (BSE). ) announced today that its Board of Directors voted the following dividends to be paid Nov. 3, 1997 to holders of record as of Oct. 10, 1997: --A quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on the Company's common stock; which is the 434th consecutive dividend to be paid to common shareholders by the company; --A quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share on the Company's cumulative preferred stock Cumulative preferred stock Preferred stock whose dividends accrue, should the issuer not make timely dividend payments.
