:BCGI BCGI Boston Communications Group Inc ) today reported financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 1996.

This is the Company's first earnings announcement since completing its initial public offering on June 18, 1996.

Net revenues for the second quarter increased 51% to $12,840,000 from $8,513,000 reported in the second quarter of 1995. The net loss available to common shareholders was $70,000, or $0.01 per share, compared with net income available to common shareholders of $172,000, or $0.02 per share reported in last year's second quarter. The weighted average number of shares outstanding was 9,334,000 and 9,178,000 in 1996 and 1995, respectively.
