Boston Communications Group Plans Offering of Common Stock.

WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1997--Boston Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:BCGI) today announced that it intends to file during the week of July 21, 1997 a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering a proposed offering of approximately 3,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Paul Tobin, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of BCG, said, "The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company to expand its C2C Network for prepaid wireless services and for general corporate purposes, including working capital."
