Boston Communications Group Plans Offering of Common Stock.


WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1997--Boston Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:BCGI BCGI Boston Communications Group Inc ) today announced that it intends to file during the week of July 21, 1997 a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering a proposed offering of approximately 3,000,000 shares of its common stock.
