BCGI's Prepaid Connection allows carriers to purchase a minimum amount of hardware and software to handle call processing and voice messaging. BCGI's server complex in Tulsa, OK will manage the call rating, customer account information, Web-based customer care server and the connection to the national roaming server complex. RCA members who sign up by June 30, 2000 will receive a discount on equipment pricing. Individual pricing is based on each carrier's needs, which are determined by length of contract and anticipated volume of subscribers and minutes.
