Boston Communications Group, Inc. initial public offering of 3,825,000 shares of common stock.


BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1996--Boston Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:BCGI BCGI Boston Communications Group Inc ) announced today an initial public offering of 3,825,000 shares of its Common Stock at a price of $14.00 per share. Of the 3,825,000 shares being sold, 3,500,000 shares are being sold by the Company and 325,000 shares are being sold by selling stockholders. The offering is being managed by Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and The Columbia Group Incorporated.
