* Bostick represented E2 Consulting Group in its move from 485 Broadway to its new location at 30 Broad Street. The company leased 9,030 s/f. Aking price was $37 psf. Charles Diemar and Paul Bostick of Bostick represented E2. Wesley Rudes of Murray Hill Properties LLC was the leasing agent for the building.

* Bostick represented IMS Consulting Group in its move from 9 Desbrosses Street to its new location at 140 West 57th Street. They moved into a 1,050 s/f space with the building asking price of $45 psf. Francis Pollaro of Bostick represented IMS. Andrew Lazarus of Macklowe Properties was the leasing agent for the building.
