The businesses, based at at Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, collapsed with total debts estimated at around pounds 276,000. HKW Security Services was placed into voluntary liquidation Voluntary liquidation Liquidation proceedings that are supported by a company's shareholders. on 5 May 2000 with estimated debts of around pounds 129,000 owed to creditors. Wirral Security Services was placed into voluntary liquidation on 3 April 2002 with estimated debts of around pounds 147,000. |
