Boss checks on how his firm is doing; CARE: Customers can expect call from the chairman.


THE chairman of a major homebuilder is going "back to the floor" to get feedback on his company's developments.

Clive Benfield, the chairman of Benfield Homes, has been picking up the phone to potential buyers to make sure his firm is doing all it can to provide them with everything they need to make the move into a new property.
