THE chairman of a major homebuilder is going "back to the floor" to get feedback on his company's developments.

Clive Benfield, the chairman of Benfield Homes, has been picking up the phone to potential buyers to make sure his firm is doing all it can to provide them with everything they need to make the move into a new property.

Benfield Homes is putting the finishing touches to its Satchels Court scheme in Rugby and Havelock Gardens in Thurmaston, Leicestershire, and the company is reporting strong interest since the turn of the year.
