Bosch conveyor technology: compact, quick and hygienic.

A new drive concept that allows for belt speeds of over 100 meters per minute is the basis for the latest conveyor Conveyor

system from Transver, a subsidiary of Bosch Packaging Technology.

The Type KB curve conveyor system also features compact construction, and can be flexibly integrated into different conveyor systems. It is said to be particularly suitable for the fast and careful transportation of delicate foods.

The construction of the feeding module is based on the tried and tested Transver drive mechanism. The curve conveyor is attractive to industry because of its compact construction and markedly improved hygiene hygiene, science of preserving and promoting the health of both the individual and the community. It has many aspects: personal hygiene (proper living habits, cleanliness of body and clothing, healthful diet, a balanced regimen of rest and exercise); domestic hygiene  and operating characteristics.

The module can be easily integrated into any number of transport systems. The two canting cant 1

with the power unit cover; in this way it is possible to make a flexible choice between preceding or following conveyor elements. The drive system allows high belt speed without doing away with the non-slip link between the drive element and the belt.

Even at high speeds, there is little wear and tear on the belt. The reduction in the overall width of the curve module, together with the maximized availability and simple maintenance, results in an attractive cost-value ratio. The curve module extends the wide range of Transver belt conveyors and conveyor systems in an ideal manner. It is available in painted and rustproof rust·proof
