Borough cash to support businesses.


A NEW grant scheme has been launched to provide financial support for businesses within Caerphilly Caerphilly (kīrfĭl`ē, kär–), Welsh Caerffili, town (1981 pop. 42,376) and county borough, 108 sq mi (279 sq km), S Wales.  County.

The Caerphilly Business Development Grant is a flexible grant scheme designed to complement existing sources of grant funding and is available to eligible new or existing businesses to help them grow.

The business must be established in Caerphilly County or the individual is a resident and setting up business up in the area.

The discretionary grant can provide up to 50% of eligible expenditure up to a maximum of pounds 2,000.
