Boro bounce back with four-star win; FOOTBALL: Goal rush as Nuneaton get back to winning ways in great style: ZAMARETTO PREMIER.

Byline: Derek BrownS

Nuneaton................................... 4 Truro .......................................... 0 HURT pride following the Banbury defeat at the weekend brought out a positive response from rampant Boro as they trounced Truro at Liberty Way last night and in doing so secured their first Zamaretto Midland Division clean-sheet of the season.

First-half strikes from the outstanding James Armson, playing in his most potent position in centre midfield, top marksman Chris Dillon and back-to-form Lee Moore Sir Lee Llewellyn Moore (1939–6 May 2000) served as Premier of Saint Kitts and Nevis from 20 May 1979 to 21 February 1980. He was a member of the Saint Kitts and Nevis Labour Party.  put Kevin Wilkin's charges in control, while Rob Oddy's seventh goal of the season completed Boro's most emphatic league win of the campaign.

Boro made just one change from Saturday, with resilient centre-back Guy Hadland coming in for Justin Marsden as Wilkin went into the game with a 3-5-2 format that on the night bemused, baffled and bludgeoned the Cornishmen to their heaviest defeat of the campaign.

A delighted Boro boss said: "That was more like it. We took our chances and, just as importantly, kept a clean-sheet for the first time in the league this season. It was important to win after the Banbury disappointment. Now we can move on and look forward to going to Hyde in the FA Trophy The Football Association Challenge Trophy is an English football competition for clubs playing in levels 5-8 of the English football league system (steps 1-4 of the National League System) .

"On Saturday the lads were really down and knew they hadn't put in a shift, but this was far more impressive."

Boro came under pressure early on as their City rivals looked sharp, with Santos Gaia unluckily hitting the inside of a post with a close range volley, the ball rebounding back into the arms of grounded keeper Darren Acton.

And it was very much against the run of play The term "against the run of play" is used in football (soccer) to describe an event or action against the flow of the game. For example, if team A is having all of the possession, all of the chances and are dictating the game, yet team B have one chance and score from it then that  that Boro scored from their first meaningful attack as Adam Walker Adam L. Walker (born in 26 December 1987) is an English classical flautist.

Walker was born in Retford, Nottinghamshire, where by the age of nine, he taught himself to play the flute and piano.
produced a superb chip into the path of Armson, who glided past Martin Rice to coolly slot into an empty net.

The Tinmen responded, Les Afful Leslie Samuel "Les" Afful (born February 4, 1984 in Liverpool, England) is an English footballer currently with Conference National side Forest Green Rovers.

Afful was born in Liverpool and joined Exeter City as a trainee after playing for a Merseyside youth team in
getting free down the inside right channel only to fire a fierce rising drive straight at the well positioned Acton, and within 60 seconds Boro had stretched their advantage.

The Truro defence failed to clear a Walker corner and when Armson's 15-yard volley flew to Dillon, Town's top scorer was left unchallenged to guide his shot high into the rigging with the City back division in total disarray.

A flowing six-man move ended with Eddie Nisevic's angled centre flying across the face of Rice's net, but on 38 minutes there was no reprieve, Moore dispossessing the dithering Barry McConnell to race in from the left and rifle a skidding drive past the exposed keeper.

After the interval Boro continued to force the pace, the impressive Armson stabbing a Moore corner just wide before the lead was extended with a goal of high quality. Mark Noon's penetrating pass sent Moore racing down the right and he squared for the advancing Oddy to crack a stunning low 20-yarder into the far bottom corner.

Nisevic, another of Nuneaton's young brigade to show his qualities, was denied a fifth by Rice's agility as Boro savoured one of their best home performances of the season in terms of scoreline scoreline n (SPORT) → resultado final
