At this week's Microsoft Conference, eBay and Borland Software Corporation (company) Borland Software Corporation - A company that sells a variety of PC software development and database systems. Through a joint distribution agreement, Borland will make the eBay and PayPal Software Development Kits (SDKs) available to Delphi(TM) developers. The agreement provides Delphi developers with access to tools and resources that can help them build highly-available .NET services. These Web services applications will allow developers to tap into the eBay marketplace as well as PayPal's online payment services.
