Borland Software Corporation (Nasdaq:BORL) today announced an agreement with Merisel, Inc. (Nasdaq:MSEL) to distribute Borland(R) development and deployment products. Merisel is a leading distributor of software licensing products to resellers in the U.S., and will extend Borland's presence by distributing Borland(R) JBuilder(TM), the market leading Java(TM) development environment, Borland Delphi(TM), Kylix(TM) and C++Builder(TM) rapid application development (RAD) software technology solutions, as well as Borland(R) Enterprise Server, Web Edition, a robust deployment platform for Web applications.
