Borland Executives to Speak at Gartner Application Development Summit.

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Borland Software Corporation (Nasdaq:BORL), the leader in Software Delivery Optimization(TM), today announced it will be a platinum sponsor of this year's Gartner Application Development Summit, being held September 12-14, 2005 in Dallas, Texas. Borland's chief process officer, Bill Curtis, and Marc Brown, Borland's senior director of product marketing, will be included in a prestigious line-up of industry leaders scheduled to speak on the challenges, changes and advancements happening in enterprise application development.

Gartner's Application Development Summit will showcase breakthrough innovations in technology and provide attendees with the opportunity to speak to senior technology vendors.
