Prior to joining American Eagle Outfitters, Tam served as executive vice president, Nordstrom Product Group, Nordstrom Inc. At Nordstrom, Tam was responsible for the business strategy and profitability of all Nordstrom exclusive brands and products, including management of all aspects of the merchandising, design, and marketing of the brands.
