Borden Foods Selling Cracker Jack Business To Frito-Lay.


COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1997--Borden Foods Corporation today said that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Cracker Jack Crack·er Jack
