undisclosed sum. SEACO, based in Lenoir, NC, makes products such as
water-borne adhesives and hotmelt adhesives, which Borden said will
complement its products for the furniture and millwork industries.
Borden did not acquire SEACO's Lenoir plant and will the products
at its own plants.
