Borden Chemical, Inc. to Acquire Spurlock Industries, Inc.COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 1998--Borden Chemical, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire formaldehyde and resins producer Spurlock Industries, Inc.
