THREATS

The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants in part, and denied in part. The court held that the inmate failed to show that he suffered actual injury due to the alleged restrictions imposed on his access to the prison law library, opening of his legal mail outside of his presence, and destruction and confiscation confiscation
