BoostWorks Joins The Content Bridge Alliance; Leader in the Last Mile Delivery Of Web Content to Contribute to Content Peering Standards Efforts.

BoostWorks, the leading provider of server-based solutions Accelerating the Last Mile(tm) delivery of web content and application data, announced it has joined the Content Bridge(tm) Alliance as a Technical Advisory Member. BoostWorks will be among the leading technology and service providers working to enable the next generation of content distribution services. BoostWorks' contribution to the alliance is its knowledge and expertise in accelerating delivery of web content and applications to all last mile connections: wireless, dial-up and broadband.

BoostWorks, as a member of the Content Bridge Alliance Technical Advisory Working Group, will collaborate with other technology, service and content providers on the development of standards and technologies to support cross-network content distribution. Initial areas of focus for this group include:
-- Injection - Establishes common methods for content providers to communicate
content updates to member networks

-- Distribution - Defines methods to pass content updates between peer networks


-- Accounting - Provides a common mechanism for collecting usage data and
allocating revenue to member networks


BoostWorks' participation in the alliance will help improve the response time and delivery of web content and applications to Internet end users.
