Boost Mobile Employees to Beautify Elementary School as Part of National Boost Mobile RockCorps Volunteerism Campaign; Local Employees Show Support to Their Community by Participating in National Volunteerism Movement.

                  agencies in order to improve the quality of life in
                  our community.
              --  The mission of Edison Elementary is to ensure
                  academic success through the development of critical
                  thinking skills to maximize each student's unique
                  potential and expand their horizons to lead a
                  fulfilling and inspired life.

WHAT:         Boost Mobile RockCorps is partnering with non-profit
              organizations to plan more than 100 volunteer projects
              throughout the U.S. this summer. In exchange for
              contributing four hours of community service, volunteers
              are receiving tickets to signature Boost Mobile
              RockCorps concerts in their area.

              Boost Mobile is encouraging its employees to embrace the
              community initiatives the company supports, and as a
              result, a Boost Mobile RockCorps volunteer efforts will
              take place in Orange County this month. By the end of
              the 2006 tour, BMRC volunteers will have transformed
              more than 125 project sites in nine cities across the
              country.

              For contributing four hours of volunteer service, Boost
              Mobile employees will have the opportunity to attend the
              premier Boost Mobile RockCorps concert at the Kodak
              Theatre in Los Angeles in March 2007.
