Boomophone and Boomwhackers garner several awards.

 Whack whack - According to arch-hacker James Gosling, to "...modify a program with no idea whatsoever how it works." (See whacker.) It is actually possible to do this in nontrivial circumstances if the change is small and well-defined and you are very good at glarking things from context.  Pack, which is the new predecessor of Whacky Music's award-winning Boomwhackers musical tubes. The Boomophone XTS Whack Pack is designed to be played like a xylophone xylophone (zī`ləfōn) [Gr.,=wood sound], musical instrument having graduated wooden slabs that are struck by the player with small, hard mallets. The slabs are usually arranged like a keyboard, and the range varies from two to four octaves. .

Boomwhackers musical tubes were invented in 1994 by Craig Ramsell, who fashioned them after a cardboard gift-wrap tube, which he cut in two and began playing against his thighs. They are patented instruments made of brightly colored plastic and tuned, by length, to different musical notes. They "work" when one whacks them against a table, chair, the floor, one's thigh thigh (thi) femur; the portion of the leg above the knee.

 and so on. Color-coded to correspond with musical notes, Boomwhackers are durable and safe. The age range for Boomwhackers is 3 and up.
