On Friday, March 29, Livermore's newest destination for family fun debuts with a boom.

Palace Entertainment in Irvine, Calif. operates theme parks along the East Coast and all over California including Camelot Park in Livermore. Changing Camelot's name to Boomers! signals the company's commitment to take family fun and entertainment to a higher level.

Boomers! promises to serve fun every day of the week. There's Ten Buck Tuesday, where guests can play every video game in the park all day long for only $10. And Two-for-One Wednesday, where attractions are buy one, get one free "Buy one, get one free" is a common form of sales promotion. While rarely presented to customers in acronym form, this marketing technique is universally known in the marketing industry by the acronym BOGOF  all day. "We know that right now, guests are more focused than ever on value. They want to have fun, but they want to be smart about it. Boomers! is designed to do both," he said.

The park is open 365 days a year and is available for special corporate functions and birthday parties.
