Daily from 11am, the Throckmorton family will host a stimulating line-up of writers at their home near Alcester, where this year they celebrate their 600th anniversary. Among this year's guests are the former Director General of MI5, Stella Rimington Dame Stella Rimington, DCB (born May 1935) was the Director-General (DG) of MI5 from 1992 to 1996. Coughton Court is a Tudor house set in 25 acres of landscaped gardens which provide a sumptuous backdrop to hear leading writers talk about everything from crime to history, art, biography, gardens, politics and religion.
