The new Books-A-Million store at Valley Mall will serve nearly 485,000 people in the surrounding Hagerstown area. The Valley Mall store, which is Books-A-Million's 223rd location nationwide and fourth in Maryland, will employ more than 20 people and will feature books, magazines, cards, gifts and collectibles.
