 the timetable and most days either one subject i.e. EVS or Maths or English only is taught though the child carries all three books according to the timetable.

Mind you, they carry not only three textbooks but also three notebooks of the respective subject. I think the earlier system in which the children had just one book for all three subjects was better, at least in the lower classes.

I request concerned authorities to look into this matter.
