"Wired Shut: Copyright and the Shape of Digital Culture," from MIT MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology  Press (Cambridge, MA), examines the ongoing shift of the enforcement of copyright law in the digital world away from the regulation of copying to the regulation of the design of technology and political, economic and cultural implications. The book contends that the shift to "technical copy protection" depends on new kinds of alliances among content and technology industries, legislators, regulators and the courts and is changing the relationship between the law and technology in the process. Brill Academic Publishers (Boston, MA) has published "Access to Environmental Justice: A Comparative Study," a hardback book that is targeted to lawyers, policy makers, activists and scholars who are concerned with ongoing environmental issues. The book is a study on the extent to which citizens can and do exert influence over their urban environments through the legal and extra-legal vehicles available in 11 countries spanning several continents as well as different climates, levels and type of economic development, different environmental problems, and national legal and constitutional systems.
