("OFT") in the United Kingdom that the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry will not refer the transactions contemplated by the previously announced acquisition by Booker of Marine Harvest Marine Harvest ASA (Pan Fish prior to 2007-02-06,[2] OSE: MHG) is a Norwegian seafood company with operations in a number of countries around the world. The company's primary interest is the production, processing and sale of farmed salmon, the operations of which International Inc.
