Bookbinder Capital Management Appoints Michael Bonebrake as Managing Director.

Richard S. Bookbinder, Managing Member of Bookbinder Capital Management LLC, today announced that Michael H. Bonebrake has joined Bookbinder Capital as a Managing Director responsible for new business development.

Bookbinder Capital is a New York based investment management firm, and General Partner of The Roebling Fund LP, a hedge fund of funds launched on October 1, 1999.

Michael Bonebrake has over 10 years of experience working with individuals and their families on their investment portfolios. Prior to Bookbinder Capital Management, he was in a family partnership at UBS|PaineWebber, Inc. Previously, Mr. Bonebrake held various positions at the Citibank Private Bank assisting clients with their credit facilities.

Mr. Bonebrake spent six years in the financial information business as a sales executive at Citicorp Information Business, Director of Marketing at Financial News Network's FNN:Pro, a Vice President at SEC Online, Inc. He began his career in the fine arts completing an internship at Sotheby's. Mr. Bonebrake earned a B.A. in Art/Art History at the University of Vermont, and last year completed the Professional Fellows Program at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
