Book4golf.com(SM) Corporation (&uot;Book4golf.com&uot;), provider of the premier Internet-based, real-time, tee-time reservation system to the golf industry, announced today that PGA TOUR professional Ted Tryba has entered into an agreement to serve as an endorser and spokesman for the company (the &uot;Tryba Agreement&uot;). Tryba is a two-time TOUR winner and finished 20th on the money list in 1999 with a victory in the FedEx St. Jude Classic.

Under the multi-year agreement, Tryba will wear the Book4golf.com logo on the front of his cap during all tournaments.

He will conduct outings and appearances on behalf of Book4golf.com. Additionally, he will supply the Book4golf.com web site with golf tips and diaries from life on the PGA TOUR during major event weeks, giving Book4golf.com visitors further insight into what it's like to play on the PGA TOUR.

In 1999, Tryba broke into the Top 20 on the TOUR for the first time in his career and competed in his first TOUR championship. A native of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, he resides in Orlando.

Pursuant to the terms of the Tryba Agreement, Book4golf.com will pay Tryba a retainer payable in cash and by the issuance of common shares of Book4golf.com. Tryba will also be paid additional compensation payable in cash and common shares of Book4golf.com based upon his performance and success on the PGA Tour. Book4golf.com has reserved the ten day weighted average trading price for the period ending yesterday of CDN$17.01 per share for the common shares to be issued as the retainer pursuant to the Tryba Agreement. The issuance of common shares pursuant to the Tryba Agreement is subject to regulatory approval and the Corporation is required to file a formal application with the Canadian Venture Exchange within 14 calendar days of this press release.
