Sales billed (shipments) in December 2000 increased 14.4 percent over December 1999, and orders booked for December 2000 decreased 13.2 percent over December 1999. Compared to 1999, 2000 bookings of PCBs are up 22.4 percent year to date. Shipments of PCBs in 2000 are up 18.3 percent year to date.

The information provided includes data for both rigid and flexible PCB manufacturers who participate in IPC's monthly statistical program. These participants represent more than 40 percent of the U.S. domestic PCB market.
