Book object d'Art.

Marcia Breuer, a former dancer, spent seven months photographing the Stultgart Ballet. In addition to capturing candid images of the company at work and behind the scenes, Breuer asked the dancers, management, and choreographers to describe their relationship with dance in words. Some wrote in English and most wrote some form of poetry. Breuer then compiled everything into a "book-object" called pretty please, could you dance for me. All of the pages are attached at the edge, with the first and last fixed to the cover so when it's opened all the way it forms a circle. Photos are on the inside and words are on the outside. It's like installation art in your own living room. www.marciabreuer.de
