"What's Your Pregnant Man Thinking?" offers advice on how couples can make their experience together more endearing and enduring. Specifically, the book offers well-researched methods for bringing couples together, such as developing realistic expectations with your partner during pregnancy and techniques for making communication easier.

The first half of the book analyzes how and why a man's behavior changes, while the second half offers ways to strengthen a relationship during pregnancy and after the birth. Full of practical exercises for couples, the book addresses topics such as what men think about during the nine months of pregnancy; why some men lose themselves in work, old friends, or hobbies when they are needed most; and how couples can make the pregnant relationship a cornerstone of their marriages.
