This award was created in 1994 in memory of esteemed IFA member and Postal Instant Press Co-Founder Bonny Bonny (bŏn`ē), town, SE Nigeria, in the Niger River delta, on the Bight of Biafra. In the 18th and 19th cent., Bonny was the center of a powerful trading state, and in the 19th cent. it became the leading site for slave exportation in W Africa. LeVine in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments in franchising and of her status as a role model for women in the franchising community. The Bonny LeVine Award is bestowed upon a female franchisor or franchisee who has demonstrated ability in franchising as evidenced by her contributions to the growth of the business, contributions to her community through board positions, volunteer work and activities that promote the professional advancement of women, and her contributions as a mentor to women in franchising.

CFE Certified Fraud Examiner , served as senior vice president and director of franchising since the inception of the Super Wash franchise program in November 2000. In her current role, she is responsible for the relationships with franchisees at 150 locations, the operations of 155 company-managed facilities, franchise development and transfers, marketing and social media.
In addition to being a Certified See certification. Franchise Executive, Black-Beth has worked to promote franchising among women and has helped to foster the community of women in franchising as the immediate past chairwoman of the IFA's Women's Franchise Committee, the co-founder and past co-chairwoman of the Chicago Women's Franchise Network and many speaking and committee positions within IFA, including serving on the IFA Board of Directors.
She is the past co-chairwoman for the Strategic Advisory Board of the International Institute for Franchise Education based at Nova Southeastern University. She also has experience as a multi-unit franchisee. Black-Beth recently concluded her term as the president of the Augustana College Alumni Board of Directors in Rock Island, Ill.
