San Rafael's Millennium Party 2000 celebration on Dec. 31, 1999, will take place at the Plaza on Main Street from 8 p.m.-2 a.m. Raitt, a nine-time Grammy Award winner, will perform songs from her most recent Gold CD, "Fundamental," in addition to hits from her previous multi-Platinum Capitol Records releases, "Road Tested," "Longing in Their Hearts," "Luck of the Draw" and "Nick of Time." One song of Raitt's New Year's Eve gala performance will be televised worldwide live on ABC ABC in full American Broadcasting Co. Major U.S. television network.
