Bongiovi Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:BGVI) announced today that Tony Ferguson has been named Executive Vice President and Director of Artist Management. Mr. Ferguson will coordinate many aspects of artist development and management for the company. "It is exciting to be part of such a talented, innovative and motivated team," said Mr. Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson has been in the music/recording business since starting his musical career in the late 60's performing with the #1 selling groups "Christie" and "Unit 4 Plus 2". As a record executive and noted discoverer of talent, he was involved in the mid 70's start-up of Stiff Records, which became the biggest label in the UK and handled many top artists including Elvis Costello, Lene Levich, The Bangles and Nick Lowe.

In the early 80's Mr. Ferguson started a management company in the U.S. and managed leading artists including Grand Funk Railroad, Stevie Winwood and Maria McKee. Through the success of his management company he became involved in the start-up of a new label called Interscope Records, which is one of the most successful record labels of all time. Interscope is now part of the media giant Vivendi Universal (NYSE:V), which owns the largest percentage of the global music market share. As Vice President and Head of Artists and Repertoire for Interscope Records, Mr. Ferguson has been involved in the discovery, development and coordination of many of today's biggest superstars.
