Bong Acquires Bording Polska.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 2000

Bong has today through its Polish subsidiary agreed to acquire the business in Bording Polska.

The deal is expected to be finalized See finalization.  early next year and is conditioned by a due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. Bording Polska distributes and overprints envelopes to the Polish market and has annual revenues of approx. 5 MSEK MSEK Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein (New York law firm)

The operations will be integrated with Bong's current business in Poland and will further strengthen Bong's position on the fast growing Polish envelope market.
